What should I bring for my first tutoring session?

• Please bring any of the following: laptop, notes, pencil, calculator and past homework assignments, or past exams. This will allow us to assess the students current level of understanding and identify concepts where the student is experiencing challenges.

How will I know if my child is progressing and better understanding the material?

• We provide assessments during our first session and in preparation for upcoming quizzes or exams. Based on these assessments, we will determine what areas the student should continue to focus on.

 How do you make the tutoring sessions engaging and interactive?

• We use a number of tools an techniques to engage our students such as 3-D models, molecular modeling kits, interactive videos, current case studies, etc. We also incorporate your child's interest in the content so they can see their passions come to life.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Reschedule and/or cancellation requests must be sent a minimum of 2 hours in advance of your lesson. We will work together to find a new date and time for your tutoring session. You may also re-book your tutoring session using the booking page .

• Missed lessons or lessons canceled less than 2 hours prior to tutoring will be charged the full amount of a tutoring session. 

• There are no refunds.

How do I pay for my lesson(s)?

• Payment is required when booking your tutoring session. We accept all major credit cards.
